Our clinic provides short-term effective psychological therapy for a range of sleep disorders / insomnia. CBT psychological techniques assist a large number of people in substantially reducing and/or overcoming sleeping difficulties within a few sessions. Treatment entails training in: relaxation, anxiety management techniques, physiological arousal reduction techniques, strategies to reduce mental activity, thought challenging approaches, sleep rhythm scheduling etc.
